Revamp the chat interface with modern look and make it responsive across all devices. Introduce new features that drive product-led growth. Increase employee adoption and improve chatbot engagement

Challenges

The platform's legacy codebase hindered our ability to innovate. To address this, I partnered with the engineering team to design a adaptive grid system and prioritize the customizations we'd retain for a more streamlined product.
