Crafting accessible designs for businesses, driven by user goals
About me
I’m Himanshu, an engineer who later turned designer. Over the past decade, I’ve worn both hats, which helps me build products that click with users and make business sense.
Fun fact: I moved to Australia in 2018 to study design, geeking out on everything from user psychology to pixel-perfect interfaces. When I returned to India in 2020 (right as the world started rethinking how we work), I brought back a global mindset that felt right at home in the remote-work revolution.
Today, I lead product design at Leena AI, where my team builds generative AI tools that help companies automate the tedious stuff. Imagine giving HR teams a superpower to handle paperwork in seconds, so they can focus on what actually matters: people.
Also, I’m borderline obsessive about alignment and accessibility. I enjoy translating ambiguity into concrete, actionable goals, and proving that purposeful design can reshape our lives. I frankly think design shouldn’t just work - it should resonate.
